THIS SERIES rushed out abruptly, with little intellectual involvement from me, and, of course, I hid all of them, sharing them with no one, not even my wife. It is only with the events of October 2023 unfolding, that I am feeling nudged to codify them here on my website as a fail-safe. With the desruction occuring over those hills, with only their profile in view, you can't tell for sure if they're the ones that circle Tehran, Tel Aviv, Odessa, Damascus, Los Angeles, Amman, Jerusalem, Chengdu, Beirut, Taipei, Ramallah, San Diego, Seoul, Sanna, Seatle, or any number of important cities. Can you? There's a reason for that. If you're like me, you have to wonder, how was I able to create these? And, more importantly, why did I create them? Unless I was compelled to. Marshal McLuhan said, "Artists provide us with the "D.E.W Line, the distant early warning of what is happening in our world." In this instance, I hope he was wrong.
